Ashtanga Yoga: W 6:30am

An ancient system of yoga involving synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures.  This process produces internal heat and a purifying sweat which detoxifies the muscles and organs.  The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a clam mind.  The perfect way to start the day!  *no childcare available* Instructor: Staci Bina

Baby & Me Yoga: W 11:30am

Rebuild and regain core strength, pelvic floor restoration and stretch those aching sleep deprived muscles while interacting with other new mom’s and your baby. *babies under 12 months*  Instructor: Jessi Condor

Ballates: on hold

Come for a personalized, vigorous, whole body workout that gives immediate results and a long, lean, sculpted look. This class combines Pilates mat work and dance conditioning using the ballet barre to create a lean physique. The moves of the class take the body through a variety of planes of motion from standing at the barre, to being seated and lying on the mat. This class offers a refreshing mind-body workout , while focusing on core stability, posture, lengthening and strengthening muscles.  Instructor: Cinamin Stulik

Ballet Body: on hold

This class is a complete body workout, designed for all levels, that incorporates a variety of ballet-inspired movements. It is designed to give you the long, lean body of a dancer by working deep into every muscle. The exercises incorporate classic ballet movements with each sequence including subtle variations — tempo changes, movement progressions, pulses and holds. These are the actual routines all types of dancers use to build their strong, flexible, sculpted bodies!*no prior experience necessary* Instructor: Jamie Tanzer

Candlelight Yoga: M & W 8:00pm

Come detox, relax, and unwind the body and mind.  Candle light yoga is an endorphin-rich yoga practice that blends positive intentions, breath work, vinyasa flow, deep restorative stretches, and a pancake release (mini Thai massage).   You will leave this class feeling restored and ready for a peaceful sleep. *no childcare available*  Instructor: Lizzie Rodgers

Cardio Ballet Bootcamp: M & T 9:30am, T 6:30am

Ballet bootcamp is a full body cardio workout. Strength and tone at the ballet barre while your heart rate soars and the sweat pours. Easy to learn ballet moves combined with fun and fast music. This is an energetic class for all levels.   Instructors: Carissa Martin Leah Seminario

Cardio Hip Hop: M 4:30pm

Cardio Kickboxing: on hold

This class  is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.  Cardio Kickboxing requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. Cardio Striptease: on hold

A low impact workout that is a fun addition to your routine! Not only will you tone your body (and trust us, you will!) but you will have fun doing it.  Part aerobic workout, part sensual yoga, it is a routine that will work your body while building your self confidence. Moms on the Move: M-F 8:30 or 9:30am, Sa 9:00am

An outdoor fitness class designed to get moms moving!  Fresh air and plenty of social interaction, this class combines cardio and circuit training, and is the perfect way to get back into fitness after childbirth.  Locations include Bob Henry Park, Bonita Canyon Sports Park & an advanced 75 min class at CdM Beach. A dynamic class to tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility.  Pilates Extreme incorporates pilates exercises, plyometrics and resistance training using bands, balls, weights, and the magic circle. Instructor: Jill Grogg

Pilates Mat: M 11:30pm, F 8:30am

Incorporating the six Pilates principles of control, centering, concentration, breath, flow and precision, this mat class offers a classical approach to the Pilates Mat repertoire. You’ll see results of core strength and stability, joint mobility and a lean graceful posture. Instructor:  Yvette Casal

Prenatal Fitness (Fit 4 Mom): M 6:00pm

This class is offered through the city of Newport Beach Rec Department at the Community Youth Center in Corona del Mar.  Register online at www.newportbeachca.gov (class number 6846)  Instructor: Zoe Bertoia

Prenatal Pilates: T 6:30pm

This class modifies a regular Pilates Mat workout for the special needs of pregnancy.  The goal being to maintain the core strength and endurance needed for labor, while also focusing on upper body strength needed for infant care. This class can can also be a great way to safely strengthen and rebuild the core muscles as the post-natal body continues to recover from labor and delivery. Before you jump right into your pre-baby workout routine, come rediscover your abdominal in a safer, gentler environment.  This can ensure your return to regular workouts will be strong and injury free.  Recommended through your pregnancy, or for women 6-12 weeks post natal.  Instructor: Yvette Casal

Prenatal Yoga: Th 4:30pm

A safe and nurturing class where yoga poses are modified to fit the needs of the expectant mother. Strength and flexibility of the mind and body are cultivated while exploring breathing techniques to prepare for the birth experience. Instructor: Jessi Condor

Runners Club: Sa 8:30am

Broken into two groups, Learn to Run or Train to Race,  this class is a running training program for all levels.  Whether you want to build up to run consistently for 30 mins,  beat your 10Km PR or finish a Half Marathon, there is a group and a program for you.  The class meets at the Studio and runs are around CdM or Crystal Cove.  Childcare is available during the run times.  Instructors: Cherie Sharp Zoe Bertoia

Stroller Bootcamp: M 9:30am, W & F 8:30am

“Super Mom” Strength Training: T & F 11:30am

This class is a low impact, weights class with a continuous flow.  2, 3 & 5 lb weights are used to keep your heart rate up and your body strong and toned.   Come and find muscles you didn’t think existed, while keeping your body lean.  Instructor: Zoe Bertoia

Yogalates:  Th 8:30am

A fun blended class that gives you the endurance and stretching of yoga along with the core strengthening of Pilates.  This class will challenge you and leave you feeling strong. Instructor: Jill Grogg

Yoga Sculpt: W 9:30am

An intermediate Power Flow Yoga Class incorporating free weights for the optimal balance between cardio, strength and stretch. Instructor: Jill Grogg

Yoga Fit: M 8:30am

A yoga based class incorporating weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls targeting the major muscles of the arms, back, legs, glutes and heart. Instructor: Nina Hayes

Zumba: T 10:30, F 9:30am

Zumba is a HOT aerobic format inspired by Latin dance.  It is easy to follow and each song utilizes different choreography/dance moves.  This intense workout utilizes the legs, hips, arms, lower back and abs the ENTIRE class duration.  (HELLO skinny jeans!)  While the majority of the music is Latin, various music genres are mixed in for variety: hip hop, disco, “Big Band”, country western…  Shoes are recommended, and plan on smiling a lot.
