Lunchtime Rockin’ Flow Yoga: F 12:30pm
A great way to start your weekend… Rockin’ Vinyasa Flow turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will cultivate strength, flexibility, endurance and greater body awareness. This class will include traditional and creative sequences of postures rooted to an enlivening breath that will invigorate and challenge you. Remember, sweat is your friend here! MELT is a new, fun way to take care of your bodies. How many of you have that one yoga pose that never seems to get better, that one Pilates move you struggle with, or the achy knee you ignore? An outdoor fitness class designed to get moms moving! Fresh air and plenty of social interaction, this class combines cardio and circuit training, and is the perfect way to get back into fitness after childbirth. Locations include Bob Henry Park, Bonita Canyon Sports Park & an advanced 75 min class at CdM Beach. A dynamic class to tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility. Pilates Sculpt incorporates pilates exercises, plyometrics and resistance training using bands, balls, weights, and the magic circle. Instructor: Annika Carlson
Prenatal Pilates: T 5:30pm
This class modifies a regular Pilates Mat workout for the special needs of pregnancy. The goal being to maintain the core strength and endurance needed for labor, while also focusing on upper body strength needed for infant care. This class can can also be a great way to safely strengthen and rebuild the core muscles as the post-natal body continues to recover from labor and delivery. Before you jump right into your pre-baby workout routine, come rediscover your abdominal in a safer, gentler environment. This can ensure your return to regular workouts will be strong and injury free. Recommended through your pregnancy, or for women 6-12 weeks post natal. Instructor: Yvette Casal

Runners Club: T & Th 10:30am, Sa 8:30am
Broken into two groups, Learn to Run or Train to Race, this class is a running training program for all levels. Whether you want to build up to run consistently for 30 mins, beat your 10Km PR or finish a Half Marathon, there is a group and a program for you. The class meets at the Studio and runs are around CdM or Crystal Cove. Childcare is available during the run times. Instructors: Cherie Sharp & Zoe Bertoia
Shadowbox Bootcamp: M 8:30am
Shadowboxing is a fun, non-contact, authentic boxing workout that provides results! Shadowboxing uses partner drills and boxing combos to stimulate the cardiovascular system both aerobically for weight loss, and anaerobically to condition the heart and lungs. Physical endurance and conditioning, sharpened mental focus and a huge calorie burn are your pay off for an hour of sweat. Instructor: Alexis Woods

“Super Mom” Strength Training: W & F 11:30am
This class is a low impact, weights class with a continuous flow. 2, 3 & 5 lb weights are used to keep your heart rate up and your body strong and toned. Come and find muscles you didn’t think existed, while keeping your body lean. Instructor: Zoe Bertoia

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: M 3:30pm & T 11:30am (Level II), Sa 8:00am (Level I/II)
Physically challenging class intended for students with previous yoga experience. Incorporating arm balances, inversions and breath work into a sequences of poses that builds heat, strength, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind. Instructors: Hannah Ghorbani & Nichole Susi-Blair
Zumba: W & F 9:30am
Zumba is a HOT aerobic format inspired by Latin dance. It is easy to follow and each song utilizes different choreography/dance moves. This intense workout utilizes the legs, hips, arms, lower back and abs the ENTIRE class duration. (HELLO skinny jeans!) While the majority of the music is Latin, various music genres are mixed in for variety: hip hop, disco, “Big Band”, country western… Shoes are recommended, and plan on smiling a lot.
