One Mosaic

This project was completed for One Mosaic, an apartment complex located near UC Santa Barbara. This mainly student housing wanted to complete a fresh update - inside and out. While the property units were undergoing a revamp of their own, we developed a fresh branding as well. The main focus of this project was to stick to modern elements with a fun twist to appeal to the mostly younger residents. We utilized a monogram design for the brand mark and created unique “key tag” marks for secondary logo designs. The property has a lot of birds of paradise on site, so we incorporated an illustration to the completed brand strategy to finish out the project.
