Tropic Shores

For this project, we worked with Tropic Shores Apartments - a vacation rental property in Carpinteria, California. This family-owned business started in 1963 had some great roots in the area but wanted a bit of a refresh when it came to their branding.

A lot of their units had been renovated and they wanted their visuals and branding to match. We worked on multiple icons and illustrations that represented some of the elements near the property such as the ocean, mountains, and sun. For the color palette, we pulled from sunset and beachy tones to bring it together.

With their website design, we added a lot of customizations to the Squarespace site such as a wave background additional icons and more. A major component of the website was creating the customer booking system as well as the reviews highlight.
